Atlantic Ocean Beaches on the Western Cape of South Africa

The False Bay Beaches are along the Indian Ocean on the coast of the Western Cape of South Africa. These beaches draw visitors who want a more sedate environment than the ones found on the Atlantic side. The beaches found here are more family friendly, however, they do become equally busy during the peak season.
The Western Cape of South Africa has beaches along the Indian Ocean which is also known as the False Bay. These beaches offer visitors a calmer and more relaxed environment. They are more family oriented than their Atlantic Ocean counterparts although they can become equally busy during favorite times of the year.
The Western Cape of South Africa Cape Point Beaches are made up of Smitswinkelbaai, Boulders, Diaz Beach, St. James, Glencairn, Muizenberg, and Fish Hoek. These beaches are great for families to swim, surf, body board, and play in the sun.
