Weight loss is it a problem ? Please Read On

Its me again ,I’m going to talk to you today about your digestion,and I’m not sorry for it,there are more health problems related to the way the body digests and absorbs food than anything else. Have you ever thought about your bodies digestion ? if not then its really time you started to have a look at this and do your body a favour.

This is not a complicated system to digest your food properly you need to chew your food until it becomes liquid,and then the acid in the stomach and digestive enzymes released in your saliva and by the pancreas break the molecules of the food down ready for absorption,8 out of 10 people don’t chew there food properly and is another factor in why people put weight on.

When I’m preparing a meal i will always include raw fat burning foods they have there own enzymes and this will help your digestive system and i will have some cooked and non cooked food.

An excellent gut diet is fibre-rich with plenty of water,if your having to much processed sugar,refined foods,red meat,dairy products and processed foods which we are all guilty of then you will weaken the digestion and invite excess yeast and unfriendly bacteria to make themselves at home in your gut, which is not helpful for weight loss.

All through the day your body requires a constant supply of glucose this is for mental and physical energy,you will find this in fat burning foods such as fruits,vegetables,beans ,pulses and whole grains,if you don’t keep your blood sugar levels balanced then you will be prone to the highs and lows of the sugar rushes and also maybe be a little depressed,which then leads to of course more sugar.

Chocolate ,biscuits,,cakes fizzy drinks,sweets or white pasta/rice/bread these foods break down very quickly and is followed by a dramatic fall in blood sugar. (and can cause hypoglycemia) living on sugar is like being addicted to a drug your constantly thinking about your next fix of sugar, and prone to putting on weight .

Eating the wrong can make you tired and moody ,i had energy slumps,felt shaky and confused and i was always craving sugar this can lead to heart disease and type 2 diabetes and eventually putting weight ,i didn’t know what was wrong with me.

All this information can sound confusing and complicated and but can be rectified quite easily by eating the right fat burning foods the solution is so simple and you will notice a change immediately,always eat breakfast for example porridge,and avoid refined or sugary foods,caffeine and alcohol anyone making this change will feel absolutely wonderful i can guarantee that.
