The important thing to remember however is that the mattress be made from hypoallergenic material to ensure that no health risks will be present on the bed that our child will use.

To help our child to visualize the right twin bed for them, we can check on the internet for some twin bed information and photo. Online, we can preselect several twin beds and help our children to decide which bed that they will enjoy sleeping on.

We can also look at some bed sheets, pillow cases (read more about Pillow Dimensions) and comforters that we can put on the bed once we have put in our child’s bedroom. This selection process will excite our child, therefore making them eager to try out their new and bigger “grown-up” bed.
