There are actually many different types of remote control helicopter and each of the have their own perks and drawbacks. If you are very serious about buying a chopper then you need to know which type to buy? The thing to know about these is that you are going to have to build them and then learn how to fly them. Something to note is that the expensive ones are the best ones. Here is just a bit of advice when it comes to choosing the first.

Gas

Many people are not into these types anymore so they are thought of as dying outq. There do seem to be two reasons for this. One of the first things to think about is price and these seem to be the most expensive ones out there which is why you need to think very hard before buying one of these. The other reason is that they hare very hard to fly. One of the other things to think about is that without being shown how to fly it can be very difficult.

Nitro

Nitro is next on the list and it is another one that is very difficult to choose. The reason this time isn’t because of the price, although they are still expensive it comes from which to choose? There do seem to be a lot of sizes when it comes to this one and this is the thing that can be a bit annoying for a first time buyer. The average flight time is 7-14 minutes with these which is pretty good but this still isn’t the one I would recommend.

Electric

This is now the most commonly used RC aircraft and this is down to the fact is it is the cheapest and easiest to pick up for novices. Although the average flight time isn’t the same as the other two it is starting to improve so bare this in mind.
